Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SERVESKYLAR.COM (the “Website”), including any content, memberships, subscriptions, digital purchases, livestreams, community features, applications, bookings, services, and other features made available through the Website (collectively, the “Services”). The Website and Services are operated under the name SERVESKYLAR (“SERVESKYLAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
 

By accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing content, subscribing to a membership, submitting an application, booking a service, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.
 

1. AGE REQUIREMENT
 

SERVESKYLAR is intended exclusively for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to access or use the Website or Services.

By accessing the Website, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements and are legally permitted to access adult-oriented material in your jurisdiction.

Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing content, or using any Service.
 

2. MEMBER ACCOUNTS
 

Certain Services require a SERVESKYLAR account.
 

You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and to keep your login credentials confidential.
 

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or made available to another person.
 

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and should notify SERVESKYLAR promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
 

Member profiles are private by default where supported by the Website's current functionality. Certain information you voluntarily choose to post or submit through community features may nevertheless be visible to other authorized members as described at the time of submission.
 

3. SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIPS
 

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable plan, the different membership tiers represent different voluntary levels of financial support and may provide the same core membership access.
 

Choosing a higher-priced tier does not entitle you to additional products, services, personal attention, communications, or benefits unless those benefits are expressly included in the applicable plan description.
 

Membership benefits may include access to livestreams, archived livestreams, videos on demand, member-only channels, community features, or other digital features identified on the Website.
 

Evolving Membership Benefits
 

SERVESKYLAR is an evolving platform.
 

Membership content, features, channels, benefits, schedules, and other offerings may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued from time to time.


Unless expressly stated otherwise, a membership does not guarantee:
 

  • a particular number of livestreams;

  • a particular posting or release schedule;

  • a particular quantity of new content;

  • continued availability of any particular community feature or channel; or

  • any specific future benefit.
     

Your membership provides access to the membership offering available for your applicable plan during your active membership period.
 

Material changes will not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
 

4. RECURRING BILLING
 

Monthly memberships are recurring subscriptions.
 

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged at the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout until the membership is canceled.
 

Membership prices may change in the future. Where required, notice will be provided before a new recurring price applies to you.
 

You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation becomes effective.
 

5. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIPS
 

You may cancel a recurring membership through the account or subscription-management features provided on the Website.
 

Cancellation prevents future renewals.
 

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not immediately terminate access. You will retain membership access through the remainder of the billing period for which payment has already been received.
 

Your membership will not renew after that period.
 

Membership fees already charged are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.
 

6. DIGITAL VIDEO PURCHASES
 

SERVESKYLAR may make individual videos, livestream reruns, or other digital content available for purchase separately from a membership.
 

Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, an individual digital purchase provides continuing account-based access to the purchased content without a preset rental or expiration period.
 

This does not constitute a guarantee that any particular technology, platform, Website feature, or piece of content will be hosted indefinitely under every circumstance.
 

If purchased content becomes materially unavailable because of an error attributable to SERVESKYLAR, contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.
 

Purchasing digital content grants you a limited personal viewing license only. Ownership and intellectual-property rights in the content are not transferred to you.
 

7. REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND MEMBERSHIPS
 

Paid memberships provide immediate access to digital content, features, and/or member-only areas upon purchase. Accordingly, membership payments are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided otherwise.
 

Individual digital-video purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where the content is materially defective, unavailable because of an error attributable to SERVESKYLAR, or a refund is otherwise required by law.

8. LIVESTREAMS
 

SERVESKYLAR may offer live broadcasts to eligible users or members.
 

Livestreams may be recorded, archived, edited, excerpted, and subsequently made available as reruns or other content.
 

If interactive features are available during a livestream, information or content you voluntarily submit through those features may become part of the recorded broadcast.
 

Do not submit information during a livestream that you do not want included in a recording or potentially viewed by others.
 

Access to a livestream does not grant permission to independently record, capture, reproduce, rebroadcast, or distribute it.
 

9. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
 

Unless SERVESKYLAR expressly states otherwise in writing, Website content and purchased or subscription content are provided solely for your personal, private, non-commercial viewing.
 

You may not:
 

  • record or screen-record protected video or livestream content;

  • download content unless a download feature is expressly provided;

  • copy, reproduce, redistribute, repost, publish, transmit, or rebroadcast content;

  • sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit content;

  • publicly exhibit content;

  • remove watermarks, copyright notices, or attribution;

  • share account credentials or purchased access;

  • circumvent paywalls, access restrictions, technological protections, or membership controls;

  • scrape, systematically extract, archive, or mirror Website content; or

  • assist another person in doing any of the above.
     

Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and may violate intellectual-property or other applicable laws.
 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its original content — including videos, livestreams, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, text, design elements, audio, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to SERVESKYLAR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
 

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of SERVESKYLAR content or intellectual property to you.
 

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
 

11. COMMUNITY FEATURES
 

SERVESKYLAR may provide forums, channels, comments, discussions, group features, or other areas in which eligible members can interact.
 

Participation is a privilege, not an unrestricted right.
 

You may not use community features to:
 

  • harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another person;

  • publish another person's private or identifying information without authorization;

  • impersonate another person;

  • spam or repeatedly solicit members;

  • distribute malware or malicious links;

  • facilitate fraud or unlawful conduct;

  • infringe intellectual-property rights;

  • circumvent Website rules or access restrictions;

  • post illegal content; or

  • materially interfere with other members' ability to use the community.
     

SERVESKYLAR may moderate, hide, edit, restrict, or remove submissions and may restrict community privileges when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, operate the community, protect users, or comply with law.


12. USER SUBMISSIONS
 

You retain ownership of original material you submit to SERVESKYLAR, subject to the rights granted below.
 

By voluntarily submitting content — including comments, posts, messages intended for community display, reviews, questions, suggestions, photographs, media, or other material — you grant SERVESKYLAR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, adapt, and distribute that submission as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, improve, and promote SERVESKYLAR and its Services.
 

This may include reposting or featuring appropriate submissions on SERVESKYLAR-controlled or affiliated social-media pages and creator platforms.
 

Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, submissions used publicly may be edited to remove unnecessary identifying information.
 

This license does not give SERVESKYLAR ownership of your original submission.
 

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the material and grant this license.
 

Private account information is not converted into public content merely because you maintain a membership or account.
 

13. APPLICATIONS, CONSULTATIONS AND SERVICES
 

SERVESKYLAR may accept applications, consultation requests, bookings, deposits, or other requests for services.
 

Submission of an application or payment of an application or consultation fee does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or provision of a requested service.
 

Application and consultation fees compensate SERVESKYLAR for time associated with reviewing, screening, communicating about, or evaluating a request and may be non-refundable as disclosed before purchase.
 

Bookings, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and service-specific requirements may be governed by additional terms presented during the application or booking process and by the applicable Booking & Cancellation Policy.
 

If additional service-specific terms conflict with these general Terms regarding a particular booking, the more specific terms will control for that booking.
 

14. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
 

In addition to other restrictions contained in these Terms, you may not:
 

  • use the Website for unlawful purposes;

  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, content, or administrative features;

  • interfere with Website operation or security;

  • submit fraudulent payment information;

  • engage in fraudulent transactions or knowingly make false claims concerning a transaction;

  • use another person's account without authorization;

  • create accounts to evade a suspension or ban;

  • scrape or harvest user information;

  • distribute malicious code;

  • abuse community or communication features; or

  • use the Website in a manner that materially harms SERVESKYLAR, its users, or its Services.
     

15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
 

SERVESKYLAR may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or access to Services where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, shared credentials, infringed intellectual property, circumvented access controls, harassed others, created a security risk, or engaged in other serious misconduct.
 

Where permitted by law, access terminated because of a material violation may be terminated without refund.
 

Termination does not grant SERVESKYLAR the right to retain funds where a refund is required by applicable law.
 

16. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
 

If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise problematic, please contact support@serveskylar.com promptly so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
 

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any legitimate dispute, chargeback, consumer-protection, or other right available under applicable law or the rules applicable to your payment method.
 

Knowingly making a false or fraudulent payment dispute may constitute a violation of these Terms.
 

17. MARKETING AND SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS
 

SERVESKYLAR may send communications necessary to operate your account or provide purchased Services, including receipts, security notices, subscription confirmations, renewal or expiration notices, cancellation notices, and other transactional communications.
 

If you separately elect to receive promotional or marketing communications, you may unsubscribe from those promotional messages using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily prevent delivery of transactional communications necessary to administer your account, purchases, or subscriptions.
 

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
 

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.
 

SERVESKYLAR does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, terms, security, or transactions.
 

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's applicable terms and policies.
 

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
 

19. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE
 

We aim to keep SERVESKYLAR available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
 

The Website or particular Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security concerns, third-party failures, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

SERVESKYLAR may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue Website features or Services.

Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will handle the matter consistently with these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.
 

20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
 

SERVESKYLAR does not warrant that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every device, browser, network, or configuration.
 

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
 

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SERVESKYLAR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or Services.
 

SERVESKYLAR will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.
 

22. PRIVACY
 

Your use of SERVESKYLAR is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.
 

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
 

We may update these Terms as SERVESKYLAR, its Services, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
 

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
 

Continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
 

Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
 

24. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
 

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
 

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Nevada.

Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of protections or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
 

25. SEVERABILITY
 

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.
 

26. NO WAIVER
 

Failure by SERVESKYLAR to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
 

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
 

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular purchase, booking, or Service, constitute the agreement governing your use of SERVESKYLAR.
