Booking and Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Application Fee Disclaimer
While all applications are considered, acceptance is not guaranteed. All application fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, and will be used to compensate for the time and energy expended during the screening process.
Booking / Session Consultations
A non-refundable consultation/session inquiry fee is required at the time of booking. Consultation fees do not count towards any subsequent service or session. They are solely for the purpose of consultation and do not carry over or offset the cost of any service or session.
Session Deposits
A deposit will be required to secure your session. The amount of the deposit will be determined based on the nature of the session request and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Deposits are not refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts or dissatisfaction with services.
Cancellations
Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Exceptions
a. Session Cancellation by Provider: If a service provided is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the service or receive a refund of their deposit.
b. Session Rescheduling: Sessions must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance of the original start time in order to transfer the deposit. Sessions are only allowed to be rescheduled once, and the new session must be within (2) weeks of the original one. Any changes made outside of these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may impact the ability to book sessions in the future.
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, including but not limited to the deposit, cancellation, and no-show policies.
